Tour Description:

Sunrise in the open landscape We set off early in search of the right sunrise location, chosen according to light and field conditions — where mist lifts from the valleys and the landscape builds itself layer by layer. Mobility in the field gives us the freedom to follow the atmosphere, not a fixed route. We focus on:

• reading the light before sunrise

• composing in natural layers

• quick adaptation to changing field conditions

Overlanding exploration Throughout the day we alternate driving with short photography stops, exploring the areas between Poiana Mărului and Holbav. This is a stage where photography is guided by the road and the light, not by a fixed plan. Types of frames:

• wide landscapes from ridgelines

• terrain details and textures rural scenes and

• secondary roads

Rhythm of the day and breaks Breakfast and lunch breaks are naturally integrated into the flow of the tour, in locations chosen for atmosphere and perspective. These moments are not just logistical, but part of the experience:

• observing changing light

• recalibrating the route based on conditions

• spontaneous exploration of interesting areas

Sunset on the ridges Towards the evening we return to special locations for sunset, when the light becomes warm and the landscape gains depth. This is the moment when:

• contrasts become stronger and

• forms become more defined

• photography becomes more intuitive

About the experience The entire experience is built around field photography, with emphasis on observation, composition, and adaptation to light — a full day in which road and image continuously influence each other.

Itinerary: Brașov - Holbav - Poiana Mărului - Zărnesti - Brașov

Difficulty: Overlanding on the high hills beneath the Brașov Mountains.

Photo equipment: Please refer to the equipment list in the internal PhotoTOUR section. For companions/non-photographers, a good smartphone is recommended to capture memories.

Trekking equipment: Please refer to the equipment list in the internal PhotoTOUR section.

Accommodation: Not applicable.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner are not included. However, optional stops for meals are included in the program at guesthouses or local restaurants.

Transport: Included on the tour day from Brașov to the photography area and back.

Companions: The price for companions is the same as for participants.

Price: From 140€/person for a minimum group of 2 people.

Single participant price: 250€.

Payment method: Payment is made online by credit or debit card, based on the invoice issued after registration confirmation, or by bank transfer to our account. The tour is paid in full (100%) upon invoice issuance.
