IIn Țara Trascău, beyond the well-trodden routes of the Transapuseana, the landscape still preserves the silence of isolated villages and the slow rhythm of an almost forgotten world. Here, morning light slips over gentle ridges, scattered houses on hillsides, and hayfields that seem lifted from an archival photograph.

It is a setting that invites observation, visual exploration, and the discovery of details that define the Apuseni Mountains beyond their tourist landmarks. We will venture onto rural roads accessible only by 4x4 vehicles or high-clearance cars, where paths turn into ideal photographic perspectives: wild gorges untouched by crowds, ridge lines with wide-open views, and solitary homesteads that become subjects in their own right.

This is an exploration of less-documented visual territories, where compositions emerge from the meeting of light, space, and the natural character of the land. The tour is designed for photographers who love landscape work and prefer visual exploration over intense trekking. We will stop frequently, search for angles, and work with light in its most expressive moments, without the rush of reaching summits. A PhotoTOUR experience in the authentic spirit of the Apuseni: a calm pace, rare frames, and a visual story written along the untouched roads of Trascău.

Itinerary

• Day 1 – Meeting of participants

• Day 2 – Exploration in the southern part of Trascău

• Day 3 – Exploration in the northern part of Trascău

• Day 4 – Sunrise photo session, end of the tour

Price 330 €/pers., double accommodation

Initial deposit: 50% of the price

Single supplement: 85 €/pers

• Registration and deposit payment: until 15.07.2026

• Final payment: until 15.08.2026

Group size

• Maximum: 10 participants

• Minimum: 6 participants.

If fewer than 6 participants register, the PhotoTOUR may still take place, but the price will be recalculated accordingly.

Companions

The price for companions is the same as for participants.

Accommodation: 3-star guesthouse, double room sharing

Meals: not included in the price; meals can be ordered at the guesthouse during the tour.

Payment method

Payment can be made by bank transfer to our account at Banca Transilvania. To secure a place, the initial deposit is required. After registration, participants will receive an email with payment details, whether payment is made by bank transfer or card.
