In our times we call it Rhododendron. But our grandparents called it Smârdar, Mountain Peony or simply "flower". When it blooms at the end of June, the mountain turns into a pink garden, lighter or darker as it sits on the sunnier or shadier slopes. It's so impressive that it's simply called 'flower' and the caller knows what it is. It is the only flower that identifies with the mountain 100%. Tour Description
In the second half of June, the rhododendrons bloom across the higher areas of the mountains, covering entire slopes in their unmistakable shades of pink. It is that time of the year when, seen from afar — from the Țara Bârsei region or the hills around Bran — whole mountainsides appear painted red. This is the perfect moment for a tour in the Bucegi Mountains. Far from the beaten trails, we will hike towards the high plateaus of Doamnele, Colții Țapului, or Bătrâna, to witness the spectacular explosion of rhododendron bloom.

Group Size: Maximum number of participants: 8 people
The minimum number of participants required is 4 people. If fewer than 4 participants register, the PhotoTOUR may still take place, but the price will be recalculated according to the final number of participants.
Companions: The price for companions is the same as for participants.

Payment Method
Payment can be made by bank transfer to our account opened at Banca Transilvania. To secure a place, payment of the initial deposit is required. Payments can be made in RON. After registration, participants will receive an email with payment details, whether the payment is made by bank transfer or card.
