Our photo tour will begin in Kathmandu , the capital of Nepal.From here, we’ll fly across the Himalayas, all aboard a racing plane line, flying close to Everest and then landing in Lhasa. Potala Palace, the symbol of the Tibethan capital and the monasteries around the town will be our favourite „photo interests” for a couple of days.In the 4 day photo tour around Namtso lake, we’ll take photos of an amazing lake, surrounded by eternally snow- brimmed mountains, at an altitude of 4000 m.
Afterwards, in land rovers we’ll discover and we’ll photograph the barren region of the plateau at the foot of the Himalayas.Kailash holy mountain, tibethan monasteries, remote villages, nomads who live in leather tents, yak herds will be our next „photo targets” for the following two weeks. We’ll return to Kathmandu in our range rovers after 3 weeks spent in Tibet.

| Equipment |
The digital photographic equipment must have besides the main camera a back up one it may be bridge or a good quality compact). It is a pity to arrive in Nepal and to notice that you cannot take pictures. A portable HDD for saving the digital images is essential and from the kit the other photo accessories must not miss, compulsory to such a tour.
The trekking equipment is specific to the mountain tours in late autumn or in early winter.

| Accomodation |
The accommodation will be provided
- in a three-star hotel de 3* double or single, in the following cities:
Kathmandu and Lhasa(4 nights), Gyantse (2 nights)
- in the mountain lodge (9 nights). For the lodge accommodation the personal sleeping bag is mandatory.
Extra charges: For single room accomodation in standard hotel - 335 euro.
| Transport |
Round trip flight from Bucharest to Kathmandu. The price of the international round trip flight Bucharest/Katmandu is not included in the price of the trip. The flight costs approximately 800 euros. The Kathamndu airport transfer is made by bus.The flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa is included in the price of the trip. The transportation to the main tourist attractions in Kathmandu, to,Bahktapur and Nagarcot is made by coach.
The phototour in Tibet is made in 4 passenger land rovers.

The prices are calculated according to the size of the group. After 1-st of August, you will be informed concerning the size of the group and the difference that must be paid.

The order of the registrations is determined by the advance payment date and not by the enrollment date. Please check the number of the available seats before making the pay.

The booking of the seat is made by completing the registration form and by paying the deposit.

Paying the deposit until 1st April 2010 is considered an early registration and will lead to a discount of 100 euros from the final tax of participation.

The price of the plane ticket Bucharest-Katmandu-Bucharest will be paid until 15 th June 2010.
The final instalment: up to 15 th of July 2010
After 15 th of May 2010, you will be informed concerning the difference that must be paid, according to the size of the group.

Travel health insurance is mandatory for every traveler. This is your obligation. Our agency can provide information concerning the type of travel health insurance you need , but we are absolved of any responsability concerning the travel health insurance you have chosen to make.

Booking
To book a seat at the tour from Tibet you must complete a registration form and to pay the deposit.
The time limit for paying the advance is: 1-st of August 2010
The final payment must be made until 20-th of ugust 2010
The payment can be made by money order, bank transfer.
For the validation of the registration we need the following documents:
- Copy after your identity card
- Statement on your own responsibility regarding the taking knowledge of the conditions that this photographic tour implies.
- An agreement between you and Camera mm, signed in original.

The cancelling of the participation can be made only in written by e-mail or fax. The following fees will be retained if the informing is made with:
- Maximum 120 days before leaving: 100% from deposit
- 119 – 51 days before leaving: 50% from the expedition price
- 50 days or less before leaving: 100% from the expedition price
If the final payment is not made on time, we reserve our right to cancel your participation and to retain the fees stipulated above.
Health conditions
In this tour the acclimatization will be made respecting the normal standard acclimatization stages for every organism.
The participants must take into account these aspects when they will register. By completing the registration form and the payment of the deposit, the participants certify the fact that they do not suffer of any mental disorders or other disabilities which may create a risk for the other participants. We reserve our right to ask for a medical certificate which can prove the good state of health.
Once the registration has been completed, the medical circumstances will be considered exceptions from applying the cancelling politics, only if a relevant medical certificate will be presented that should certify the impossibility to participate. In this case we reserve our right that depending on the cancelling date we should return a certain amount from the expedition cost.
