We'll heave the anchor from Bodrum, the homeland of the "Father of History": Herodotus. Surrounded by spectacular mountains, with a wide range of natural and historical attractions,Bodrum will be the place where we begin and end our sailing week.With wind abaft, we'll cross Gokova bay towards Kos island, Knidos peninsula,and Symi island, famous for its fortresses.We'll anchor in Marmaris, the biggest yacht marina in the Mediterranean sea and a picturesque travel destination.

The minimum number of participants in the photo expedition is 5.
In case the expedition will be cancelled, the persons who payed will receive their money back.

 Itinerary |
Bodrum - Kos - Nisyros - Symi - Marmaris - Knidos - Bodrum.
Itinerary might get changed depending on weather conditions.
| Equipment |
The digital photographic equipment must have besides the main camera a back up one (it may be bridge or a good quality compact). It is a pity to arrive in Aegean Islands and to notice that you cannot take pictures. A portable HDD for saving the digital images is essential and from the kit the other photo accessories must not miss, compulsory to such a tour.

Accommodation and meal:
The accommodation will be provided
-on a modern yacht.
Meal
During the cruise you will provide the meal for yourself. The yacht is equipped with a dining room, a completely equipped kitchen and enough space for storing the provisions. During the day you can prepare and serve the meal on the yacht and in the evening you can choose between a dinner at a restaurant when we anchor in the port or a barbecue with the entire team when we anchor in the gulf.
| Transport |
The price does not include the transport until Bodrum, the place from witch we will start our cruise.
Those who will come by car at Bodrum, can leave their car in a safe parcage in the seaport for 5-7 euro/day.

Price:
For groups of 5 people: 775 euro/ person
For groups of 6-7 people: 760 euro/ person
For groups of 8-10 people: 730 euro/ person
The price is calculated according to the size of the group. After 15th April, you will be informed concerning the size of the group and the difference that must be paid.

To validate your participation, please pay a deposit of 300 euro and send the confirmation of the payment by fax at: 0368/401968 or e-mail: office@cameramm.ro.
The order of the registrations is determined by the advance payment date and not by the enrollment date. Please check the number of the available seats before making the pay.

Booking places
The booking of the seat is made by completing the registration form and by paying a deposit of 300 euros.
The last day for registration: up to 15th April 2010
The final instalment: up to 1th May 2010
After 15th April 2010, you will be informed concerning the difference that must be paid, according to the size of the group.
In the expedition price are included the followings:
-Accommodation on yacht during the cruise
-lider and guide in the photo tours: Mihai Moiceanu
In the expedition price are NOT included:
-The transport from the dwelling place until Bodrum seaport
-Drinking, the costs with the bar (hotel)
-Expenses with meals
-Other personal expenses during the trip
-Medical and accident assurance

All the participans are strongly urged to purchase medical and accident assurance.

Booking
To book a seat at the Photo-Sailing tour you must complete a registration form and to pay a deposit of 300 euros.
The time limit for paying the advance is: April 15th 2010
The final payment must be made until May 1st 2010
The payment can be made by money order, bank transfer.
For the validation of the registration we need the following documents:
- Copy after your identity card
- Statement on your own responsibility regarding the taking knowledge of the conditions that this photographic tour implies
- An agreement between you and Camera mm, signed in original

The cancelling of the participation can be made only in written by e-mail or fax. The following fees will be retained if the informing is made with:
- Maximum 45 days before leaving: 10% from deposit
- 45 – 15 days before leaving: 50% from the expedition price
- 15 days or less before leaving: 100% from the expedition price
If the final payment is not made on time, we reserve our right to cancel your participation and to retain the fees stipulated above.
Health conditions
By completing the registration form and the payment of the deposit, the participants certify the fact that they do not suffer of any mental disorders or other disabilities which may create a risk for the other participants. We reserve our right to ask for a medical certificate which can prove the good state of health.
Once the registration has been completed, the medical circumstances will be considered exceptions from applying the cancelling politics, only if a relevant medical certificate will be presented that should certify the impossibility to participate. In this case we reserve our right that depending on the cancelling date we should return a certain amount from the expedition cost.

The participants will receive three e-mails before going on phototour:
-Initial information about the tour and the proforma invoice.
-The confirmation of the registration and the agreement
-Final information concerning: the accommodation, the itinerary, the equipment, the list of participants etc.
