Patagonia - Earth's Edge 2012
15 days |
| The land of Patagonia lays in the beginings of times. Patagonia is a lesson of geology, wildlife, and flowers, a true wilderness. The light is fabulous: you can photograph all day round, no matter is noon or down. In one day you can experience 35 types of clouds, or whole four seasons can cover you in snow, rain, heat or sunshine. It's a land of ever blowing wind, a land of incomparably wilderness. Just some cities along of thousands of miles. Here is the true "End of the World", the land of photography. |

The Wild Danube Delta
4 days |
A land covered in mystery, where time flows only to gladden your eye with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, the Danube Delta entraps all of those to whom it has unfolded at least once. For those who have never put their foot on this land the fishing stories, the old fishing houses full of fish, the white water lilies or the pelicans remain essential reasons to set out on their way.
Over 1800 species of plants and no less than 3500 species of animals can be encountered on the territory of Delta, all of them representing 30 types of different ecosystems. This is the destination of our photo tour. A fabulous territory where nature is exposed in an exuberant way. A ride on the board of a motor boat can offer us a good opportunity to encounter the birds of the Delta but also to photograph fishermen stretching the trawl in the sunrise light.

The Country of the Wood
4 days |
| The tradition of wood is defining for Maramures. The churches with unmistakable figures, true wood cathedrals of hundreds of years old, kept around them the folk tradition. On feast days or at the Sunday service you can meet natives dressed in folk clothes, but sometimes even at field works or at mowing. "Maramures is a symbol, the quintessence, a sign, a sum below which it can hide – perhaps more intense and insidious than below others – the Romanian souls in its most loyal, alluring and elevated shape" says Nicolae Steinhardt. You are invited to discover it and to photograph it with love and respect! |

At Folea’s sheepfold
4 days |
Lying right in the heart of the Carpathians, between Bucegi, Leaota, Iezer and Fagaras mountains, the "Piatra Craiului"( "The King's Rock") massif continues to attract mountaineers as well as nature photographers. The unique character of "the king", lies in its lonesome ridge, which offers one of the most magnificient landscapes in Romania. It also features the longest and highest limestone ridge in the Carpathains, covering 25 km.
The Piatra Craiului Massif was declared a natural reserve due to its landscapic variety, spectacular gorges, natural vaults and rare flower species like Garofita Pietrei Craiului (the carnation of the King’s Rock), endemic to Piatra Craiului National Park. Its genuine uniqueness makes you wanna discover its hidden stories.

Summer School in Retezat Mountains
5 days |
The Retezat Mountains, one of the highest massifs in Romania, are definitely the ultimate photo destination: with the largest and deepest glacial lakes in Romania, as well as the largest mountain surface at an altitude of more than 2000 m, the Retezat Mountains crown themselves as "the massif of superlatives".
Moreover, Retezat is Romania's first National Park, created in 1935 on a former hunting domain that belonged to the Romanian Royal family. The attempts of preserving it date long before it was declared a strictly protected area, so in Retezat, nature remained unspoiled for many scores.
The glacier lakes are definitely the most beautiful lakes of the Carpathians and render the unique touch of the massif. At this wonderful spectacle add the enormous detritus of granodioritic rocks in their ciclopic ascend towards the mountain tops, and you’ll clearly understand why Retezat is a unique place in Romania. |

Everest Trek
17 days |
| The North Pole, the South Pole and the Everest, the third pole of the earth. I don’t know how it is at the two poles but near the Everest I felt that nature has prepared in advance, maybe in years or millenniums, for a magnificent show, repeating every day for a gala representation: the sky with shades of light blue until deep dark blue, the golden snow in light of the red sunset, the clouds which touched the peaks. The natural show was and will be irrespective of the fact that we are aware of it or not. But we like to believe that certain things happen only for us, that we are the chosen ones and in front of us takes place the ephemeral representation of nature, then we feel that we are part of the universe and we have a seat in the first row. |
